New W2K VT's Suck

Just tried to install the new W2K Video Tools onto my system without success.. I have a Marvel G200 (Non-TV) version. Previously have been running the beta drivers/VT's with a few minor problems.. The new tools are completely useless.. Am unable to even get video overlay functioning correctly. Maxtrox QuickConnect keeps wanting to test a TV tuner, but since none is present, fails.. Has anyone else tried these latest drivers/VT's on a bare bones Marvel G200?
