I was talking to someone about my capture problems (http://forum.matrox.com/mgaforum/Forum11/HTML/000850.html) where I get random dropped frames whenever I capture video in daylight.
He suggested that maybe my I have a bad Sync Seperator. It is a circuit that extracts the NTSC sync pulses so that it knows how
the video is formed. If the sync separator gets false hits, it will mess everything up.
do you think this might be it?
