TV Out

Hi,

I have

RT 2000, Windows XP, MVT 3.1b, Premiere 6.5

I tried Display Properties>Advanced, but only tabs I get are

"General/Adapter/Monitor/Toubleshoot/Color Management"

Can not find Dual Head, TV Out etc.

Any ideas?
