Marvel G200 and Netmeeting

Hi.
I am now using my Marvel G200 just as a graphics adapter but did want to try out video conferencing with it. But a perfectly ok composite vid cam picture from the matrox board is seen by MS NetMeeting as so black crushed that only the highlights are barely visible. Has anyone else tried to do this, experienced the same problem or know of a fix? Im using Win98SE, 1.52 vid tools and NetMeeting 3

Netmeeting's capture interface is broken and won't work with some cards. Matrox's are on that list.
