I own the "Ultra" product, which works great for DV.
I've resisted the upgrade to Ultra 2 because I'm waiting to see how the AVCHD thing shakes out.
Ultra 2 supports HDV, but I don't think it supports AVCHD.
Adobe is getting a lot of very nice vector keying technology.
The keys I get from Serious Magic are fantastic.
Much cleaner than what I get in any NLE and -- also -- much FASTER.
Adobe will likely take this technology and incorporate it into Premiere Pro.
