G400 and AGP4x

My g400 refuses to run on AGP4x. Even the matrox tweak util doesnt alow me to change the setting. It states that my max chipset speed is 4x but the 4x box on the side is disabled/greyed out. How can I force my g400 to run at 4x, without using MTSTU.

What is the part# on the card?
There is a white sticker that will start with "G4+"
