I have cable right now. It's good but the latency sucks...(that's not because of the cable though, it's just because the provider doesn't seem to want upgrade the switches)

      That Sucks

512/256 @ £23pm with FreeUK. Generally pretty nippy.

Yeah, my last place had DSL. And the latency was crap. 50ms to nearby servers.

My ISP is 10mbit/1.5mbit for $40 bucks a month. Only problem is that the stupid Surfboard Modem has a shitty 10/100 port on it that doesn't work too good with my linksys Router. Oh well 5Mbit DL is pently fast enough

I think the netherlands is still one of the worst: 1500/128 for €49,99, that's cable and relatively cheap here.

Yeah Optimum Online rocks. Unfortunately I fall RIGHT outside their service area. If I moved half a block (!) from here, it'd be available My current connection is 768Kbps SDSL at $199/month. Yeah I know SDSL is a lot more expensive than ADSL but I run a game server so I need the upload bandwidth.

Here in the UK I pay £108.00 per month for an ADSL business line, only 512/256 but I don't think there is any chance of them capping my bandwidth anytime soon.
