How to make a low-profile card using on PC?

I have a low-profile size card with LFH connector, and I want to use it on my PC, but the bracket can not fit into the case.
So I wonder is there any way to use the card on my PC?
or where can I buy a standard size bracket to replace?

Where to buy depends on where you live?

If you good with tools, just use a blank bracket from the back of your case and cut out the holes you need.
