Usually Kington is "Stay Away" for OCers. I haven't tried their HyperX series though. It's a quality brand, you get lifetime warranty etc, it's just they're not very flexible (your mileage may vary) for OCing. Corsair is not bad either, a bit too hyped up IMO. Their low latency modules are not always what you want. If your MB doesn't like them too much, you'll get worse performance.
Find a shop with a good return policyy and try some modules. You should be able to find Kingston, Corsair, Apacer and Danelec easily in Germany. They all come with lifetime (=10 years in Europe) warranty. You can also get Crucial memory through mail-order, but I don't know about an eventual return...
