A ways down is a link to a freebie PDF writer. Most of these install as a printer driver, letting you "print" to a PDF file.

Check out Tomahawk PDF+ also, it can save as PDF.

Nice, but I use OpenOffice 2.0 which can save *.pdf from its excellent modules;

The official home page of the Apache OpenOffice open source project, home of OpenOffice Writer, Calc, Impress, Draw and Base.

IMO for 95% of people this office suite is the best thing since sliced bread.
