    Oh I know it's completely different but i have yet to see something that does exactly what you want without costing a mint as a business solution. The fact that you COULD drag a program on one computer onto the other with MaxVista was my point. Still not elegant obviously.

    This does much of what Citrix does but the setup is much easier and they have a free version that is limited to 5 apps.
