Whats a good image creating app?

I would like to be able to create a bootable CDR image of my OS. Is this possible? Tried Norton Ghost, and that don't seem too keen on letting me do it. Any other apps that can do this?

If it's a Microsoft OS, it's fairly easy to do... just get the bootblock and twiddle some settings in CDRWin.

Is it a modified or added-to MS OS? If so, I'll post instructions in here.
