Is that 3dMark or 3dMark 99 *Max*? Those numbers seem to be fine for the first version of the benchmark. go to www.3dmark.com and check if you are using the latest version.

If you are using 3dmark MAX, yes, that´s a low score. Do you have busmastering enabled? How is the performance in GAMES?
