Coax w/RCA adapters

I just put in 25ft Coax cable (Rg6)multi shielded on my dual head. There seems to be several faint white lines that scroll vertically when DVD is played on the TV. Even when the PC is turned off, as soon as I plug in the cable, it appears on the TV. If this is a cable issue, what are my options. I do not have svideo on my TV.

hmmm.. you will need a smaller cable.. it is normal to get interference with this lenght!

Cade Foster , I'm using a 50 foot run of RG6/QS to display DVDs and I see no degradation or anomalies in the signal. Are you running dual or quad shielded? You may want to test by swapping the cable with another to make sure you don't have a bad connection or damaged coax.

1) Double check that all connectins are tight.

2) Where possible do NOT run the coax parallel with any AC power cords. If this is necessary maintain as much seperation as possible.

3) Run the minimum cable length required and use good quality coax and connectors.

4) Where possible do NOT use adapters.

I bet it's Holerith's number 2 suggestion. Remembering that the mains cable could be running inside the walls/floor near where you're running the coax cable.
