G200 +AX63(Aopen Mobo with VAI chip set)

Dear Matrox and friends,
i really need help on this .. the combination of G200 +Ax63 mobo(VIA chipset) doesn't really work... anyone has got any great idea?? When ever i run 3D application ie Q2, Q3, Finall Reality ..my comp will freeeZZ!!!
anywa idea ??? and how to solve it for good...

i have flas Bios and used latest 4in1 driver and latest AGP driver (4.03)... still dont work!

I'm in the same boat as you. Use the 5.41 drivers until Matrox gets their act together.
