Is there anything I should know about fine-tuning of my Award Bios v.4.51? AGP waitstates etc. ? Is there a way to optimize the bios for G450 use. I just want to fine-tune for the best results, because my G450
reach only 1526 3DMarks at the Madonion 3DMark 2000 ... and that's not enough!

In your case I would:
<ul>[*]Download the latest Via 4-in-1 drivers at <a href="http://www.viahardware.com/download/index.shtm#4in1">http://www.viahardware.com/download/index.shtm#4in1</a>.&nbsp;</li>[*]In the BIOS I usually give the processor some extra juice by setting the CPU VCore at 1.85v in my case, with a pentium III processor >800MHz.&nbsp;</li>[*]
In Chip Configuration set Video Memory Cache Mode to USWC</li>[*]In shadow Configuration set Video Rom Bios Shadow at disabled.</li>[*]To speed up a millisecond at bootup set Primary VGA Bios to AGP Card and
Symbios SCSI Bios to Disabled if you down't have that.</li>[/list]
I never tried benchmarking the different settings though, but have seen
people mentioning these settings.
