Stupid Question - Updating Drivers?

I know this will sound stupid to you Matrox veterans, but how do i upgrade the drivers for my G400? I have Windows 98. Please be as detailed as possible!
I have downloaded the most recent G400 driver I could find w9x_623. What about Powerdesk, what should I do about that?

if you go to the matrox site, you will also find an uninstall util.
http://www.matrox.com/mga/support/dr...s/ftp_util.cfm (it's called pd_unin.exe)

Download it and uninstall your current PowerDesk driver. Then just unpack the latest PowerDesk driver, and run the setup file that's included with it
