I just use stockings that I cut up and taped in place. Very effective...

I've been using those blue air conditioner filters. They are very non-restrictive of airflow, but catch almost all the dust (finest particles still make it through, but I would say 95% is gathered in the filter. The good thing about these is that you can cut them to size. I have a 120mm fan at an angle sucking air in the front through a 5 1/4 inch bay opening.. the airflow just holds the filter in place, and when i want to clean it, I just pick it off and go out and squirt it with compressed air. On the back, the two 80mm intake fans get the same treatment. Too easy.

The Lian-Li cases also come with filters (at least, my PC70 did). The filter is a strange plastic net, quite thick; but doesn't restrict airflow much. (much less then the filter supplied with a baycool drive bay cooler)
