Look in the release notes for the tweak util version which is out today. It says it supports Parhelia 128. This is not mention on the utilities and patches download page though (although I guess this could change).
Only reason I looked for the tweak utility is because I remember Haig saying in the Matrox forums that they were working on one. And lo and behold it is there. Thanks go to all the Matrox Tech guys and driver devs. You guys rule! Yeah, we bitch and moan when there is something wrong with our systems, but I think probably 50% of the time it's something we did to screw up our system. Now time to try out NWN

This looks very interesting... Even beats the R9700 in several tests!
Amazing... just got the Parhelia from DHL... played the new UT demo, just amazing...
Only drawback is the lack of customized monitor support (to enable 85hz in gamez) and a keyboard shortcut for clone mode.
ps. Was it just a rumour or did Matrox put in a wait(10) in every redraw cycle in the old driver to perform bad, just that us loyal Matrox users could get a hold of a Parhelia plenty out of stock, or is that just bull***

Change the refresh rate using the Matrox PowerDesk and it affects games. You may have to change bit-depth as well - can't remember

Thanks for the tip on the refresh rate. Changed it in the PDesk tool and then checked the monitor tab, only the desired refresh rate was on the list. Too bad that you cannot set up higher refresh rates for the lower resolutions (yet).
BTW, got by first freeze on the system, the desktop looked like someone randomly teared it up by a knife, showing logarithmic like lines of random colored pixels. Oh, and got the psychadelic effect starting up UT2003 demo with the PDesk utility on. Perhaps I should turn 30bit color off for windows for the time being. Plus my system needs a fresh install I think
But besides that I'm happy with the card, and hopefully the reason that RT users get the 1.02 drivers will be the ability to have a 2 monitor plus TV output config.
