    btw, I'm going to check, but I think I can receive foreign money as a cheque, and cash it commission free.

    I could then send a single GBP cheque to Ant every month, or every time it passes £50 etc.

      He's been very busy with work, and is trying to sort out arangements for sending him the money.

          Will be glad to donate some good old pounds and pence, glad to.
          Bad idea about the $ next to the contributors, and having already felt some regulars looking down their noses at us novices don't think it wise that assistance be selective on contributions

          I often play a game insofar as I determine how much I'd pay for someone to walk through the door and fix my current PC problem, then I come to a forum such as this and get the same service for free.
