It is possible using two methodologies. One is the centrifugal method you discribed and the other uses a flourescent dye and a laser to do the sorting.

Even that eariler pic was after several plastic surgeries. His natural face was very typical for his ethnicity with a broader nose and rounder face. Pity he couldn't accept his natural good looks.
