In Denmark most milk, oats, eggs and vegetables are organic.
Meat is about 25% organic (but we have a lot of grades just beneath organic, which many consumes finds just as good).
Most non-ecological products go toward the industrialsed productions (tv-dinners, etc.) - and I belive it will take some time, before a buyer of readymade products care enough to shift to organic food.
As for the muslims; theres just been formed a large NGO called "The Democratic Muslims". THis is seen by most Danes as a pretty strong argument for Denmark, against the rabid muslims from the arab nations and beyond.
