Yeah probably even less, I have a friend that live on Stone rd. in Aurora, takes him 10 minutes to my place!

I may just have a tame lan party when all is done for all local MURCERS

        Cheers,
        Elie

I can get up to Oak Ridges in about 30 minutes, so your place (Richmond Hill right?) would take about 20.

excellent .. that makes two within easy driving range

.. and unfortunately my house is on the far side of aurora from where you live, so it is 20 minutes from here ... Schmosef should be close too

Cool! So a LAN party is feasable

If we can get say ~5 MURCERS that would be great! and I have DSL Ultra @ 3.5Mbps, we'll schedule it with the rest of the MURCERS to play say UT or Battle field or whatever, it would be cool!

I can throw a quick BBQ, hambergers and hotdogs and refreshments

                Cheers,

If someone wants to fly me out there I am in! - $100 hamburgers and all! [I wish]

yeah Bawls are pretty good for LANs - I have still found that either Gatorade or Sobe works better, you crash too hard with caffiene etc and cannot sustain 3-4 day LANs. The best LANs I've hosted are when we have sobe/gatorade and Subway. ~10 people at my house, usually end up playing counterstrike, but we've had some awesome ones where we've played Deer Hunter 2004 multiplayer (hilarious), Ricochet (HL mod), UT, NWN start to finish with 3 or 4 people...

LOL before we get too excited, I was only thinking of a day's worth on a Saturday or something for those who live as far as Whitby to Brampton area, and a nice BBQ

GT40 if you are willing to drive down to Richmond Hill for the day I'm all for it

I just want to make sure everyone drives back sober and in one peice.

So let me finish setting up things and I'll schedule the invite accordingly.

                          Cheers,
                          Elie
