I heard about their ticket servers crashing here also. I didn't even try to get any of the redsox tickets, since people are camped out for days for a few that will be available at the gates.

Just as a little side note:

I have to tell you, there are a lot of very excited people in the Boston area right now.
One of the local furniture retailers had a promotion back in March/April that if you
bought furniture from them before April 16th and the Red Sox won the World Series,
you got your furniture for free. The company is looking at returning a few MILLION
dollars (US) to their customers. It is great because you see the spokesman/former
owner for the chain on TV commercials rooting everyone on.

How can they do this? They took out an insurance policy at the beginning of the season.
Talk about one hell of a bet!

I won't disagree that SA is the better beer.
Even around here, Coors is called 'Rocky Mountain Piss Water'. Can't stand the stuff.
Guess it's too bad for Boston that it isn't a couple cases of beer playing the games
