Cable channel reception problem SOLVED!
Well, after reading through the readme file once more, I noticed at the very end about tracking problems with the Line Input into the Marvel G400. It made reference to a Video Tracker utility in the actual folder of the Video tools (why it wasn't added to the Start Menu I don't know) and slid the slider all the way to the left and my "tracking" problems with the Cable TV channels vanished. Wahoo!
