G400 - Occasional rundll32 GPF when changing resolutions

I've found that, after having my 'puter run for a while, if I change from 16 to 32bit, I will get a GPF indicating the rundll32.exe as the culprit. System Config indicates that this is related to the power profile.

Anyone else have this happen and any input?
