Suse leap 42.1 will be out in couple of days.
The core is based on SLES (enterprise server) long term packages while desktop stuff will get tumbleweed (rolling) new packages. This seems good. I've played a bit with it on a 2nd laptop. Steam, skype, viber all work. Right now I'm stuck with evolution-mapi (Exchange 2003), Exchange 20010 works out of box.
If you're unhappy with Ubuntu or like KDE, you should give Suse a look.
