Euro Matrox Customer Support : Heroes
I've just bought a RR studio from Matrox Euro on line, just to get Multimedia Studio Pro 5.0 VE, to use with my Marvel G200 (I've decided Avid has to go). Buying a RR studio was the safest/lowest cost option to get into Media Studio 5.x in the UK.
The Card shipped with MS 2.5...
I nearly died,
I emailed customer support, with a polite request to send the software I thought I had paid for, and it came in the next post.
