Is there any app that encodes .AVI's that are above 2gb

I recently made an AVI file, 800mb over the regular 2gb limit, Pansonic MPEG Encoder opens the file but it stops encoding right where the 2gb limit is.. Is there anything i can do..

I heard there is some frame server setup u can do with virtualdub but i have no idea how.
