Matrox G-400 Marvel & Pinnacle DC1000

Does anyone know if the Matrox G400 Marvel card can coexist with the Pinnacle DC1000 card? I am planning on adding the Dc1000 to my system (Athlon 950, Abit KA7-100) and any advice on potiential problems would be much appreciated! Thanks!
