Questions to RT2000 or DC2000 Users

I'm at a struggle right now to find out about the absolute best image quality obtainable. My question is, does the component video input (not sure if RT2000 has this) truely offer a big difference over S-Video? my next question, as of right now, what actual chipset offers the best video? I believe the RT2000 uses a C-Cube chip and the G400 uses a Zoran chip, out of all of them out there, does anyone know which is the most superior? I tried looking for a card out there with SCART RGB input, they don't seem to exist. If anyone actually owns a card with component input I would really appreciate it if they could post some pics side-by-side with a comparison against s-video, or if anyone knows a page like this already exists.
