DVDiT version 1.1.1 ERROR

VBV_delay overflow 66702

When we select build DVD we select bit rate of 2.3 647.1 mb file size for writing to CD-R in DVD format. The program demuxing and audio extraction goes fine. It when we get to the trancoding of the video files that we receive the error, DVDIT error VBV_delay overflow 66702
Anyone know what it happening here?
File included in the simulation burn are mpg video format.Imported using Dazzle Digital video creator. These two programs are supposed to be compatible. And we have been able to write these type of files to CD in the past using Easy CD creator 3.6 without any problems.
