Marvel G400 video capture/mpeg/adobe premier with panasonic
Hi,
I'm having problems with a line on the bottom of my picture, when playing from my VCR. It looks like a blurry/black line... Have anyone been able to solve this or have had any similar problems..??
When capturing in 704x480 @ 29.29fps, then encoding the resuliting file in Panasonic MPEG encoder (both standalone and adobe premier plug-in)with VCD/NTSC setting it gives me a picture that is slightly off and padded with black bars!! This happened to all other mpeg encoding I have done with other software like Xing, LSX and so on. LSX reports something about "constrained" something and refuses to make vcd compliant mpeg files. Any ideas, suggestions or solutions? Please help me out...
