MSP 6.0, TV-display with PIC Video-MJPEG Codec?

I suppose it is a common issue with SW-codecs:
Editing a SW MJPEG clip in MSP6 no TV display from the timeline by scrubbing and rendering.
The TV display works with HW MJPEG (dmb1)
Marvel G400 DualHead Clone or DVD Max (PAL) is enabled in PD 5.39.
It doesn’t work in Win98SE with PD 5.41, neither.
How can I enable TV output from the timeline scrubbing/rendering with PIC Video SW-MJPEG?
The created clips work well via the MP.
Any ideas will be appreciated?
