Program to save closed captioning?

Since AVI_IO doesn't have an option to save the closed captioning, I'm looking for another program that can do it. The PC-VCR that came with my card does it, but I don't want to run a big program while I'm capping and also it doesn't output who is speaking, just what is said. Is there a program that doesn't take up much resources that will just export the full CC to a text file? I've done some searching on the web and came up empty so I was hoping you guys might know of one.
