TV Tuning Recommendations
I'm trying to find a cheap solution to view TV from my PC. I've got a G400 32Mb/DH, and would love to be able to watch B5 in the middle of the night without waking everyone up. 
Linux-support would be _excellent_, but the key factor here is price... I don't particularly want to spend more then $50 canadian, which may mean going for used-hardware option.
Suggestions?
