New power desk driver freeze matrox video tools...??

I recently download and install the new beta driver (5.10 w2k)) for my video card (G400TV).
After installed and reboot i launch pcvcr and my machine freeze with a fatal error on g400d.dll.
I reinstall the old beta driver (5.06 w2k) and everything is ok another time.
Any suggestion??
Anyone know when will be release another version of matrox video tools?
