Win98/Win2k problems
When I use my marvel G400-TV to capture video in win2k, the capture goes great except I get "blocks" at the top.
when I captured in win98 before it was perfect. now, for somereason when ever I capture it will be fine for the first ~60 frames, then it will start dropping lots of frames
when I stop it, I get "error initialzing device" error
