NO TV OUT from G200 Marvel on WIN2K

I have a problem outputing [marvel 200]mjpeg captured videos [avis] to tv by playing them thru media player or even the pc/tv remote. It was fine under win98 [standard not SE-nver tried SE!]. but evr since i clean installed win2k i cannot output to tv anymore. i am using the beta drivers for win 2k [marvel 200] vrything seems fine except for that. Can anyone help pls on the issue. I can se the color barsin the test but nothing else. The conections are fine as on the 2nd hard disk i have NT4, when i boot into that [NT4} i get the signal fine.
specs
PII 400 , marvel 200[16mb], 392 mb ram, 9g scsi HDD with win2k, 37gb + 18gb ide HDD

p.s. i need URGENT HELP, got project i'm working on.

I need to know if this i s classical BUG i am facing or is this just a one off ! i.e. is every G200 user not able to output to TV or does it happen one off ?
I don;t know if the problem may be due to the fact that WIn2K has asigned IRQ9 to the G200
Soundblastr PCI128
Scsi card [for HDD]
soemthing else !
and PCI steering !!
i can't change the settings for any of them either.
