YUY2 - Premiere - bbMPEG
I used AVI_IO to capture YUY2 @ 704x480 compressed with (old version) HuffYUV.
I then imported this to Premiere and cropped/filtered the video. I chose resize to 640x480, then tried to export the project using bbMPEG to make a MPEG 1 video.
I got errors. I tried to export the project to YUY2 but Premiere will not allow this. So, I exported uncompressed RGB.
Then I opened the uncompressed RBG file and exported to bbMPEG without a problem.
This is strange - and time consuming. Is there an easier way to do this?
