Hi,
Firstly, many thanks to Nicram for the RR fixes to enable MJPEG support under XP- works brilliantly.
Got an unexpected suprise with NetMeeting though. It refuses to recognize the RR card. Seems to be something to do with it using a WDM driver rather than a VFW driver.
Is there anyway to get around this?
I also use Media Studio Pro 6.5, and can capture video okay using the provided Ulead VFW Capture Plug In.
Under NM, all video options are greyed out, so I no options available to set any parameter to use with it.
I have tried to uninstall/reinstall NM, but it fails - something is locking it and up and preventing it's removal.
Other Options?
USB Webcam is looking the go.
WebCamDV also works, but it's a little pricey when you lump in postage to Australia.
The manufacture also put out a firewire webcam. Any one had any experience with these?
