editors w/NLE system in Los Angeles needed

Production company is building their editing pool. Looking for editors with their own NLE system in Los Angeles and nearby areas for non-broadcast documentary style type projects. TRT is 30-45 minutes, final output is miniDV/VHS. Edit is based on producers script. Quick turnaround --3 to 4 days. Client calls in changes which are usually minimal.
