Hi Folks
Has anyone had this issue? The mpegs start fine...video and audio are good. After about 30-40minutes into the video, though there is an audible clicking sound.
I'm wondering if my method is to blame. I'm capturing pass-through from my sony dctrv120 camcorder DV-type2 using Scenealyzer. Then I open the raw avi's in virtualdub. Using the null filter, I crop off 16 pixels from the width (to get to the standard 704x480...there's nothing in those sliced bands because the actual source video is vhs). I then frameserve from virtualdub to tmpgenc and use the standard svcd or vcd templates to encode to end format.
Any ideas?
tia!
