Capturing PAL conversions
I'm trying to capture a series which was converted from Film into PAL by the TV station and so has every second one interpolated frame. You don't recognize this when watching on TV but the frame skipping effect gets very clearly when you capture and burn it on a Video CD. Is there any filter to compensate this?
