Nero and SVCD Chapters
Last week I splashed out and bought a DVD player. A Pioneer DV535. Great player. Fully multizone and plays anything even my Win2000 cd. (No picture or sound though.)
I have been experimenting with VCD ans SVCD using TMPGE beta 12a and Nero 5. Great combination and the results considering they are captured on my RRS @ 2.5Meg/sec are nearly as good as the Hi8 originals. Certinly better that if they were played on a regular VHS tape deck.
My question is.. How like regular DVDs do you get continuous playback of chapters or across different SVCD files. What I was trying to do was make an instructional disk that allow folks to skip forward and back to find the section they wanted but also allow continuous playback. The best I can get without fading to black at the end of each clip is about a 1 second gap with the Nero clip properties sets to zero time after clip.
Any ideas if it is possible to get continuous playback with SVCD and Nero 5??
