G400 + MSP6 + Win2K: source window black

I'm using windows 2K with ULead Media studio pro 6.0. It seems to work fine, but there's a little problem: the source window doesn't work! It's black all the time, except when scrubbing through the video by moving the marker. However on play, pause, skip frame etc. there's no image visible. Is this a known problem with the beta driver, or does anyone have any suggestions?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
