Anybody playing with the ATI E-HOME capture card?

I'm currently using a Canopus ADVC100 for my capture needs, but I was planning to get a used ATI E-HOME, to be installed on a older PC that's laying around.

What about the quality of the captured MPEG using this hardware encoding PCI card?
