This site rarely gives out "10" ratings for video cameras for image quality but this camera earns a "10." Right now in my opinion this camera looks to be at the top of the heap if you want a tapeless model under $1000.
I only wish there was an easy way to reverse the 2:3:3:2 pulldown when recording in the 24p mode.
