Marvel G400 Tv Vs. Marvel G200 Tv + Voodoo2

I have a marvel G200 tv with a Voodoo2 pci card currently in my system. Will the 3d quality of the G400 look better then the voodoo2 will? For instance is quake going to look any better? Hell if it even looks the same I wouldn't care. Just as long as I don't loose out.

The other thing is, will games support the G400. Some games have the 3dfx logo on the box. Can I use a G400 for those?
