Zoom Modem + Windows XP problem...

I installed the modem. Dial-up works perfectly.

Reboot.

Windows XP says it can't communicate with the modem.

WTF?

I uninstall/reinstall the modem. It works great.

Reboot.

Same damn thing...

Anyone have any ideas what's up?

It's a Zoom V.92 3025L modem on an ECS K75SA motherboard.
